Sample Answer

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding an issue I recently faced while purchasing a ticket at your train station last Friday morning.

I was trying to buy a ticket to Delhi from the self-service ticket machine, but the machine repeatedly showed an error message after I had entered all my travel details. After several unsuccessful attempts, I approached the ticket counter, only to find that there was a long queue and only one counter was open. As a result, I had to wait for nearly thirty minutes before receiving my ticket.

Unfortunately, this delay caused me to miss my scheduled train, which created significant inconvenience. I had an important business meeting in Delhi later that day, and due to the missed train, I arrived late and faced considerable embarrassment.

I would suggest that the station management regularly inspect and maintain the ticket machines to ensure they are functioning properly. In addition, opening more ticket counters during peak hours would greatly reduce waiting times and improve customer satisfaction.

I hope you will take this matter seriously and make the necessary improvements.

Yours faithfully,
Yadwinder Singh
